Bread Master License Exam @ ABC Cooking Studio
報讀了 bread basic course 及 bread master course,終於來到考試的日子。考試及格後便正式獲得 license 資格,兼有一座由日本寄來的水晶証書,從此便可以用 ABC 麵包師傅的名義開設店舖及開班教授。
我選擇了用 bagel 作為考試的麵包。

加入了很多乾果:提子乾,酒漬提子乾,橙皮。
Pain d'epis 材料有黑麥粉、低筋麵粉、多款香料等等,質地似麵包又似蛋糕。
